In Detail
So Good Active is a new product filled with health benefits for the regular exerciser. To raise awareness of its launch, Sanitarium ran a series of banner ads designed by Freestyle Media across a range of online channels. They emphasised the new-ness of the product and offered free samples. Consumer details were captured from their sample requests and fed into the eCRM database for future marketing campaigns.
So Good new improved formula wanted to encourage past and new consumers to trial its great new taste. This was invited through a series of banner ads highlighting a competition to 'Win a Trip to Tuscany'. Both the competition offer and eye-catching ad formats encouraged trial.
Consumer data was captured at both the competition entry point and at the sample request point, and fed into Sanitarium's eCRM database for use in follow-up marketing for each product, and for future marketing campaigns.
